Everyone has a choice on
what career they want to be in. We may have different reasons why we choose it.
Some people choose their career for pleasure. These are people who love their
job and they are simply contented on what they have. They might earn a little
yet it is ok! They derive pleasure from their career. Some people choose their
career because of the wealth it may bring. What they want is to earn more money
or I must say they want to earn for themselves. They think that “money talks”.
Yes! Everything can be ruled by money but do you think it will make them happy?
Probably yes! But I don’t think they are respectable. There are also other
persons whose reason for their chosen career is to be famous. These are the
persons who use their job in order to be known! Examples are actors and
actresses who act like hypocrites towards each other. They might talk to each
other but it’s just their front act. They might be called “back fighter”. Also
these people are those who don’t care who they hurt. They are willing to give
up their care and love for their loved ones just for the sake of being famous!
Pleasure, Wealth, or Fame? Which one would you choose? Which one is your reason
for choosing your career? Remember you are the one who make the decisions but
of course prepare for the consequences. Pleasure, Wealth, or Fame? These are
the three reasons of man to choose a career. Whatever I wrote here is my point
of view. I’m not pertaining to someone but what I want is to open our minds and
think……. Pleasure, Wealth, or Fame?

Rationalism and Empiricism
Rationalism and Empiricism, two perceptions or ideas of man when it comes into their lives. I, myself have this in mind whether to be a rational or empiricist, this two ideas where still contradicting in my mind. Sometimes I do think to have them both or balance the two, but one thing I realized that I cannot balance everything, for me balance is not the right term, rather it is to manage.
My personal experience about this two ideas goes like this. When I was in grade school I attended many leadership forum or seminars, even though I was not a leader at that time, with that many concepts about leadership was introduced to me. When I was in high school I became a student leader, in my last year of being student leader, I became the Student Council President, then one it suddenly flashed back to my mind what I learned from the forums and seminars years ago, then I realized , not all the concept that was introduced to me was applicable at all time. There are concepts that used to be perfect but actually when it comes into application it is quite different. In generalization, not all ideas are the same when it was applied.

Why the EIGHTFOLD PATH start with the word RIGHT?
Anyone can do good things, but just doing it well is
not enough. There is a saying that says “It
is not always good to be good”. The eightfold path always start with word
right this is because Buddha wanted us to do things not just good but in a
right way, he wants us to view things positively and accordingly. For me, doing
the right thing will lead you to the right path, doing right thing will
enlighten our lives and made us to realized the true meaning of our lives. But
ironically people always ask which is right? How can we distinguish right from
wrong? For me it will always be dependent on the situation and with our
understanding.
The difference of JUSTICE and VENGEANCE through your personal experience
The concept of KARMA through your personal experience
The concept of Karma, tells about the cycle of cause and effect known to be the “Samsara”. Doing neither good nor bad to other people has an effect to one another, as for me, I also believed in the concept of Karma, in my life, I have been also experiencing karma. There are times in my life that I did bad things, and at the end of it whatever I did it returned to me, sometimes it is being doubled. I remember one time when I was annoying my classmate in the bus it’s like I’m annoying him the rest of our trip, then I left the bus, when I’m in the jeepney I realized that my phone was lost then I realized and ask to myself, isn’t karma? Or what. With these experiences I learned my lesson; doing anything has a great effect to our lives especially doing wrong or bad, there is a famous quote that says “Do not do unto others what you do not want others do unto you”. What you've done, will always return back to you.

What makes me Happy?
Happiness? what do we mean by this? There are many meanings of happiness given by experts but for me, happiness is an emotional state wherein we are experiencing a high satisfaction, positive emotion, and when we smile a real smile especially when something good happens to us.
What makes me happy? This is a simple question yet hard to answer. As for myself, I can say that for now what makes me happy are the following: First, people around me, those people who are TRUE FRIEND to me, they are the one who knows me in good and bad times. Second, those simple things that are happening to me in everyday basis of my life. And lastly, my life, having this life is really fun, though this includes trials and hardships but that's life and i can't do anything about it.
People are always finds what makes them happy. Sometimes we think that happiness does not exist in our life but, actually happiness do exist every second of our life. Happiness are everywhere, we just need to figure it out, look for it! There are simple things that happened to us which really gives happiness.
